As with many inspections, we were under time constraints. Andrea, who runs the office, was easy to work with and accommodated our tight schedule. Jesse was our inspector. He had arrived early, so by the time we arrived, he had already completed the roof inspection. We were able to walk with him through the rest of the house, as he explained his findings. I have worked with inspectors in the past who insisted on being left alone as they toured the home. Jesse was open to having us accompany him, as he discovered items to notate in each room. He possesses the heart of a teacher, so he educated us about each of his findings. We truly appreciate his generosity. Learning the proclivities of this house helped us decide whether or not to purchase it. It is so important to learn as much as possible about what is, for most people, the largest purchase they will ever make. Jesse's report was received later the same day. It was extremely detailed, and included numerous color photos of every item he was concerned about. Jesse and Pillar to Post Inspections provided us with all the information we needed to make an educated, intelligent decision on our home purchase.
